What could be waiting on the other side?

"You're too scared to open it" my brain lied.

The fear of uncertainty is a peculiar thing,

To the known, we hold, grab and cling.

Afraid to choose our dreams in case we fail,

The lies we believe keep us locked in jail.

But what if one day we chose to decide,

That there's no time now to ignore or to hide?

Instead of fear we choose curiosity,

And bring forth our dreams into reality.

Open the door and see where it leads

Who knows which thoughts are planting seeds.
